Casa Cancion has been extensively refurbished over recent years. The main villa has a large well furnished lounge, with marble floor. Sky television, a music centre and organ are all there for your use and enjoyment. Adjoining the lounge a dining room to seat 8 persons, the kitchen which is next to the dining room has gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave oven and all the usual necessities. Close by the kitchen is the laundry room equipped with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom in the main villa is twin bedded - a dressing room adjoins with ample cupboard space. The en suite bathroom has twin wash hand basins, Portuguese marble floor and walls, Samsung air conditioning has recently been installed in the bedroom. The guest wing a few steps across the courtyard comprises 3 twin bedded rooms all en suite bath/showers. 2 bedrooms adjoining are downstairs 1 bedroom upstairs with balcony All are fitted with Samsung air conditioning In the spacious rear courtyard a large fixed tiled table of Spanish design is situated close to the barbecue with seating for 8 or more persons. The tiled swimming pool is located at the front of the villa measuring10 x 8 metres, maximum depth 2 metres minimum less than 1 metre. There are an abundance of chairs for sunbathing. The villa and pool are maintained by a local management company (English owned). Maid service is provided weekly for linen change. The villa stands in 2,5OOsq metres of land in a well established garden developed over the past 15 years. From the front patio of the villa - the Cabrerra Mountains which are directly opposite -rise from the floor of the valley to add to the enchantment of this outstandingly beautiful corner of Spain. The villa is so situated that in the summer months it is bathed in sunshine from dawn to dusk. The valley sports a 9 hole golf course, 3 bar restaurants, horse riding, tennis and many pleasant walks in the Cabrerra Mountains, the David Bryant bowling greens are in use all year round. The town of Turre with its shops and restaurants is only a 4km drive, the town of Mojacar with its beaches shops and night life 8 km. A visit to nearby Garrucha to watch the return of the local fishing fleet with their daily catch is an interesting experience, Garrucha also has a lovely promenade with many wonderful fish restaurants. Further afield is the city of Granada - approximately 2 1/2 hour drive. A visit to the Alhambra Palace and the gardens of the Genarilfe will leave a lasting impression.
