Scotland
has become the first country in the world whose government has taken
steps to put in place an agreement that all organisations which
are government-funded must use E Procurement as their buying method.
A framework agreement is already in place.
This
means that organisations which trade with, for example, local authorities
and health boards will require a tool with which to prepare their
catalogues of products in electronic format.
Netmedia
has prepared a tool for use with the Pecos E Procurement system recommended
by the Scottish Government. This tool can be downloaded from our
