the large living area for even larger parties. It is fully and luxuriously equipped and is close to a
variety of good restaurants and shops.

This
self catering apartment is in the
lesser known – but increasingly popular - resort of Samoens, a
traditional French village with a beautiful medieval church and
square. It is
very close to Geneva and only 50 minutes by car from that city’s
airport. Samoens is
part of the Grand Massif ski area linked to Flaine, Morillon and Les
Carroz . Les Gets and
the Portes de Soleil are only a twenty-five minute drive away.
The

As a
lover of skiing, the owner of these apartments had purchased them as
bases for personal ski holidays in the region.
Because the apartments would be empty for large periods of
time throughout the year however, the owner decided that there was
an excellent opportunity to fund this investment by offering the
accommodation for let throughout the
winter and summer holiday periods; and then holidaying personally
when the apartments were not booked.
